Collaborators and licensees
A vocalist, engineer or co-writer working on your song is not necessarily a replacement licensee. Clarify who will release the track and whose name must appear on the agreement.
Resolve changes before release
If a label or another artist takes over the release, ask about the appropriate licensing arrangement before distributing. Sending someone the audio file does not transfer contractual rights.
